
The Manassas Park Community Center is home to many land and water group exercise classes. Our classes are designed with you in mind. We offer a variety of group fitness programs specially designed for seniors, adults, and teens! Some classes provide a high energy, intense workout while others focus on breathing, relaxation, and flexibility. Regardless of which class you take, you are sure to experience a fun and effective workout.
Participants must be a minimum of 12 years of age to participate in any group exercise class.
