At the Community Center, there are always a variety of programs designed to bring people together for crafts, games, sports, and learning new skills. While you are welcome to enjoy all of our programs by yourself, we encourage you to bring your friends to make our programs even more enjoyable for you! Here are a few programs you can enjoy with your friends:
Adult Board Game Night: Whether you absolutely love board games or simply want to see what they’re all about, this program is a great alternative to the ‘bar on a Friday night’ scene. There are different game themes, and some even require deep thinking, bluffing, and sabotaging, but we guarantee you’ll have a great time. Some games you’ll get to play are Settlers of Catan, Power Grid, Pandemic, and Mysterium, but you can also bring your own! We meet every second and fourth Friday of the month.
Table Tennis and Basketball Drop-Ins: Do you need a court for you and your friends to play? Our gym is the place for you! We have ping pong tables available upon request, as well as full sized basketball courts for pickup basketball games. Gym availability can be found here or by giving us a call!
Parent’s Day Out: This program is designed to offer parents with busy schedules a little extra help by taking care of the kids while they’re out! If you need time to run errands or want to have a shopping day with your friends, our staff will make sure your children are having a blast with movies, snacks, games, music, and more!
These are only a few of the programs for you and your friends to enjoy together. Are your friends busy and can’t make it to our programs? Don’t worry! These programs are a perfect way to meet new friends and start creating great memories together. All of these programs and more are included free of charge to All Access Passport members! To find out more about the All Access Passport, stop by and our staff can take you on a tour of the facility so you can experience all we have for your family and friends!
