Personal Training

Our experienced and qualified Personal Trainers meet your fitness needs and maximize your fitness potential! Our advanced trainers provide a variety of exciting and diverse fitness programs that ensure client safety, improve individual fitness levels, increase stamina, and enhance your overall sense of well-being. We offer a variety of individual, partner, and group rates.

Most memberships include two 30-minute personal training sessions. All Access Passport members receive a 40% discount on any personal training package.

Fitness Orientation

Meet privately with one of our certified personal trainers to discuss your overall fitness goals. Included in all memberships.

Fitness Assessment

Meet privately with one of our certified personal trainers and receive a thorough fitness assessment. Included in all memberships.

Teen Weight Training

Included in the Teen Passport. Instructs teens on how to properly use the strength and cardiovascular equipment within the fitness center.

Sport Specific Speed & Performance Training

This class is designed for individuals, small groups, or teams who are interested in increasing their overall performance on the athletic field through the use of speed and strength training drills and concepts. Get a leg up on the competition by enhancing your overall performance level in the off-season.

Cost: $330/person, $825/small group (2-4), $1,200/team (5+)

Duration: Six one hour sessions (one session per week)
